What we keep, and what we never keep

The Lovable to HighLevel Migrator (the Migrator) and the Lovable Migrator Chrome extension are provided by CRM Pros LLC, 14726 92nd Court North, West Palm Beach, Florida 33412, United States. Questions go to support@crmpros.ai.

• We keep your name, your email address and the date you signed up. That is all.
• Nothing from your apps is kept: no code, no database rows, no users, no files and no API keys.
• Your HighLevel sign in stays in your own browser. It is never sent to our servers.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information, and we run no ads or trackers.

To sign in you give your name and email address. We email you a one time code through our HighLevel account. Your name, email and sign up date are saved as a contact in our own HighLevel account, so we know who uses the Migrator and can reach you about it. We use no passwords.

Your session is a signed cookie in your browser. It holds your name and email so the Migrator knows it is you. It expires after 14 days, or when you sign out.

When you connect Lovable, Lovable gives the Migrator read only access to your projects. That access is kept encrypted in a cookie in your own browser for at most one day, and removed when you disconnect Lovable or sign out. The Migrator never changes anything in Lovable.

The Migrator reads your Lovable project and its database, converts the code, and writes everything into a new project in your own HighLevel account. While this runs, your code and data pass through our server in memory only, a small batch at a time. Nothing is written to a database or to disk on our side, and nothing is kept once each step finishes.

The run screen keeps a summary of each migration (the steps, the activity log and your next steps) in your own browser's storage, so you can come back to it. Once the database move is done, the list of moved users is removed from that summary. You can clear it any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The extension does one job: it lets the Migrator create and fill the new app in your own HighLevel account, using the HighLevel sign in you already have open.

• It watches the requests your HighLevel tabs send to HighLevel's own servers and keeps the most recent sign in token and the subaccount ID from them. It does not read the pages you visit, your messages, your contacts or anything else.
• The token is held in the browser's session memory only. It is never written to disk, never sent to our servers or to anyone else, and it is gone when you close the browser or remove the extension.
• It makes AI Studio requests to HighLevel from your browser, only when the Migrator page you have open asks for them, and only the requests a migration needs: create a project, write its files, turn on its Cloud database, add its Secrets, start the preview and publish.
• It answers only pages on lovablemigrator.com. No other website can ask it to do anything.
• It remembers the IDs of the AI Studio projects it created, so it only ever changes those projects and never your other ones. The list stays in your browser and is deleted when you remove the extension.
• After you approve the Lovable sign in, it reads the address Lovable sends your browser to (on 127.0.0.1, your own computer), passes it to the Migrator page and closes that tab, so you do not have to copy it by hand.
• It collects no analytics and sends nothing to us.

The Migrator's last step asks you to remove the extension. You can also remove it any time from Chrome's extensions menu. Removing it deletes everything it held.

You can ask us to delete your contact record, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing support@crmpros.ai. We answer within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. If an update to the extension needs a new permission, Chrome asks you to approve it first.
